To use apk2's services, you must be of legal adult age under Bangladeshi law. The following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You may operate only one account in your own name.

apk2 may request age verification at any time. If it is proven that a user is under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately and any transactions will be considered void.

When opening an account on apk2, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. apk2 reserves the right to permanently close an account if false information is provided.

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

apk2 supports fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet), and Upay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal time: within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.

apk2 does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your payment service provider's own charges may apply.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer can be received only once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing money won with a bonus.
• apk2 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses will be forfeited in the event of fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

apk2 has three VIP tiers for regular users. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and other benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

A user can be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular activity and engagement on the platform. VIP benefits apply only to active and regular users.

apk2 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Misconduct or threats toward other users.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

The outcomes of all games on apk2 (slots, fishing games, live casino, sports betting) are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

• The outcome of any game is final and cannot be changed.
• If the result of a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• A loss of internet connection will not affect the game outcome — the game will continue from where it left off.
• For sports betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void.

If a user wishes to dispute an outcome, they must contact the support team within 48 hours of the event.

• If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found, the account along with its balance will be forfeited.
• A user whose account has been closed may not re-register.

• If service is suspended due to a natural disaster, war, or government order.
